OETSimulator.com is an online exam preparation platform providing digital OET reading practice papers for healthcare professionals. We are operated as a sole proprietorship based in Sri Lanka.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use OETSimulator.com. By using our platform, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Keeping your account credentials confidential
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
5. Purchases and Payment
OETSimulator.com offers a one-time payment of $9 USD for access to 10 reading practice papers for a period of 30 days from the date of payment.
- All payments are processed securely through PayHere
- Prices are displayed in USD and LKR
- Payment is required before accessing paid content
- You may purchase access again at any time after your current access expires
6. Access and Usage
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to your selected practice papers for 30 days. During this period:
- You may retake your selected papers unlimited times
- Your scores and attempt history are saved permanently
- Access expires after 30 days from the date of paper selection
- A free sample paper is available to all registered users at no charge
7. Intellectual Property
All content on OETSimulator.com — including practice papers, questions, answer keys, and platform design — is the intellectual property of OETSimulator.com. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce or distribute our content without written permission
- Share your account access with others
- Use our content for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our content
8. Disclaimer
OETSimulator.com is an independent exam preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment (CBLA), the official OET provider. "OET" is a registered trademark of CBLA. Our practice materials are designed to help candidates prepare for the exam but do not guarantee any particular exam result.
9. Limitation of Liability
OETSimulator.com provides practice materials on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantees regarding exam outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OETSimulator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
