OETSimulator.com provides immediate access to digital OET practice content. Because the service provides digital content that becomes available after successful payment, payments are generally non-refundable once the purchased practice papers have been accessed.
2. Technical Access Problems
If you have successfully completed a payment but cannot access the purchased practice papers because of a technical problem with OETSimulator.com, please contact us at support@oetsimulator.com. We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, restore access or provide another reasonable resolution.
3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same purchase, or that an incorrect amount was charged because of a payment-processing error, please contact us with your account email address and relevant transaction details so that we can investigate.
4. Refund Requests
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where applicable. A request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be processed to the same payment method through which the payment was initiated, in accordance with the payment provider's procedures and applicable requirements.
