OETSimulator.com is an online OET exam preparation platform operated as a sole proprietorship based in Sri Lanka. We provide digital reading practice papers for healthcare professionals preparing for the Occupational English Test (OET).

- Payment information: Payments are processed securely by PayHere. We do not store your card details on our servers.
- Usage data: Your exam scores, attempt history, and paper selections
- Technical data: Browser type, device type, and IP address for security purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide access to your purchased practice papers
- Save and display your exam scores and attempt history
- Process payments and verify transactions
- Send important account-related communications
- Improve the platform and fix technical issues
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by PayHere, a licensed payment gateway. When you make a payment, you are redirected to PayHere's secure checkout page. OETSimulator.com does not have access to your card details at any point.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect your ability to use the platform.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
